DRUMBEAT was built in 2002 at Alloy Yachts in New Zealand and deisgned by Dubois Naval Architects. At 375 gross tons, Drumbeat is considered one of the largest modern sailing yachts ever built and combines comfort with unmatched sailing performance and won the 2005 Rolex Transsatlantic Challenge. She underwent extensive interior and exterior refits in 2008 and 2009 and is ready for more adventures.
The unique design allows for a single level layout from cockpit, salon, dining areas, wheelhouse and staterooms creating an expansive entertaining area.
Drumbeat can accommodate up to 11 guests and carries a crew of 10 to provide the ultimate in service.
The Owner's stateroom is full width with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower, walk-in closet, a desk area, state of the art entertainment system and a separate lounge area.
Guest accomodations include two double cabins with private seating area and en-suite bathrooms, a twin cabin and an additional triple cabin (two bunks plus a pullman for children) all with en-suite bathrooms.
She will be available in Brazil for RIO CARNIVAL from March 4th through the 8th, 2011 as well as available for the St. Barths Bucket Regatta from March 24th to the 27th, 2011. Either one is bond to impress your business associates and friends.
